There is increasing evidence on the importance of physical activity for children and adolescents at all ages. They need to do three types of exercises per week: aerobic, resistance and exercises to strengthen their bones.
In Malaysia, there is an increase awareness regarding the importance of physical activity for children and adolescents. This committee will serves as a platform to encourage and promote physical activity among Malaysians’ children and adolescents to meet the recommended physical activity guidelines.
