Who We Are?

Exercise is Medicine Malaysia is a national initiative dedicated to integrating physical activity into routine healthcare and promoting exercise as a core component of disease prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation.

The Exercise is Medicine Malaysia is governed by an Exercise is Medicine Advisory Board that is composed of thoughtful and leading clinicians in the area of physical activity and non-communicable diseases, who work with an executive team (in a form of National Society) that is responsible for the operations of the Exercise is Medicine® Malaysia Initiative. Members of this Advisory Board consist of leading healthcare and fitness professionals from both public and private sectors.
