Meet Our Ambassador

Andrew Pang is a Leadership and Life-Skills Coach. With Organization Learning & Development experience since 2001, he is currently on a journey to improve and transform Organization Wellness. He leads JLH Corporate Solutions’ community outreach programs, a leading Employee Benefits and Corporate Solutions provider. Andrew is also a social entrepreneur and founder of Always for People, using fitness to do social good deeds. With his motto, ‘Fitness with Purpose,’ he had in 2017 cycled around Malaysia on a solo bike tour, themed ‘Fitness Around Malaysia Adventures,’ to raise funds for the visually-impaired. He has a love affair for cycling and all things bicycle especially classic steel road-bikes; and is a full-time cycling commuter in the Klang Valley, Malaysia. Andrew is the creator of Cycling Back to School – a community development initiative to improve and influence better motorist habits and lifestyle. He has also founded the Center for Fatherhood, Malaysia and the Malaysia Fitness Challenge. He has an MBA in Strategic Marketing (Hull, UK) and various professional qualifications in Marketing; Coaching; Learning and Development; Exercise Science and Nutrition. He is forever young at heart.

Executive Committee (The EXCO)

The Society of Exercise is Medicine Malaysia (SEIMM) – represented by The EXCO – is a full registered National Body governed by the rules of Registrar of Societies (ROS) Malaysia. It was found in 2018 to serve as a host of the global initiative program Exercise is Medicine (EIM). In addition, the society works on the development of Sports and Exercise Medicine in Malaysia.

The Exercise is Medicine Malaysia is governed by an Exercise is Medicine Advisory Board that is composed of thoughtful and leading clinicians in the area of physical activity and non-communicable diseases, who work with an Exercise is Medicine executive team (based at Society of Exercise is Medicine Malaysia) that is responsible for the operations of the Exercise is Medicine Malaysia initiative.
